Yes, United Fathers has helped thousands of members represent themselves in court. We do this through providing them information and education, helping them organize their case and keeping them out of the gutter.

We break down the barriers that prevent parents from remaining actively involved in their children's lives. Those barriers are: intimidation of the family court system, misinformation, and financial hardship caused by the family court process.

What can United Fathers do for me?
We assist in helping you become pro-active in your case. We do this by providing you with information and education. We also organize your case. We have found that organization, information and education are paramount in being successful in family court.

What is the difference between United Fathers and Attorneys?
United Fathers provides information and education. Attorneys give legal advice.

What if I already have an attorney, can you still help me?
Yes, many of our members have retained attorneys, they use United Fathers as a sounding board. We help them keep focused and keep their attorney bills down by keeping them organized and answering many emotional questions for them.

Do you provide assistance for people outside of California?
We can assist those who have cases within the state of California. Unfortunately, we can not help if you have a case outside of California.
